Payment & Cancellation Policy
To reserve your wedding date and time with Rayae Notary Services LLC, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Your date and time are not secured until the deposit has been received and confirmed.
The remaining balance is due no later than 10 days before the scheduled ceremony date.
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email or text message is acceptable).
Cancellations
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances once paid, as it secures your date and reserves services exclusively for you.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled ceremony will receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 6 days of the ceremony, including cancellations within 3 days of the scheduled ceremony, are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued.
- Failure to appear at the scheduled time and location without written notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
- One reschedule request may be accommodated with at least 8 days’ written notice, subject to availability.
- The original non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new date.
- Additional rescheduling requests may require an extra fee.
Officiant Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Rayae Notary Services LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments received will be fully refunded, or services may be rescheduled at the client’s option.
By booking services with Rayae Notary Services LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this payment and cancellation policy.
Service Area
Serving Riverview, Brandon, Tampa, Hillsborough County, and Pinellas County.
Travel fees may apply for locations outside the primary service area.
