CLIENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1. Scope of Services
Rayae Notary Services LLC provides lawful notarial acts, mobile notary services, remote online notarization (RON), and loan signing agent services in accordance with Florida Statutes Chapter 117.

2. No Legal Advice
Rayae Notary Services LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, explanations, or interpretations of documents. Clients are responsible for understanding their documents before signing.

3. Fees & Payment

• Notarial acts are charged at the statutory rate of $10 per notarization.
   
• Travel, convenience, printing, after-hours, and other service fees are disclosed and agreed upon before the appointment.
   
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   

4. Identification Requirements
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for all notarizations. Services will be refused if legal requirements are not met.

5. Cancellations
Same-day cancellations may incur a travel or service fee.

6. Refusal of Service
Services may be refused if the signer is unwilling, unaware, lacks capacity, or if the notarization is unlawful.

7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the statutory scope of notarial acts and applicable Errors & Omissions coverage.
