  • Recording and Retention: All RON sessions are recorded and maintained for at least 10 years by our RON service provider, capturing the entire notarial act and identity verification process.
     
  • Electronic Journal: We maintain a secure electronic journal for all remote online notarizations, as required by law.
     
  • Security: Our RON platform uses end-to-end encryption, digital certificates, and tamper-evident technology to protect your information.
